Health IT companies in the portfolio include e-MDs (ambulatory EHR/PPM), Homecare CRM (customer relationship management), 6N Systems (long-term/post-acute care), SigmaCare (long-term/post-acute care), ExtraMed (patient flow), Hospedia (bedside communication), MDeverywhere (ambulatory revenue cycle), Qwik + Cross (Medicare clearinghouse) and Capario (clearinghouse), among others.

Raul Villar, who has worked at ADP for 26 years and ran ADP AdvancedMD, will continue as CEO of the company under Martin Equity. The deal is expected to close in the third or fourth quarters.
