CMS to Again Explain Medicare/Medicaid Meaningful Use Programs

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will host a National Provider Call on Sept. 9 to discuss registration and attestation for eligible professionals under the Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Programs.

The 90-minute call is one of a series of such events to aid providers as they prepare to go for meaningful use payments. Topics being covered include the path to payment, registration and attestation processes, use of a third party proxy to attest, troubleshooting and helpful resources, in addition to a Q&A session.

Registration for the call will close at 1:30 p.m. EST on Sept. 8 or when space is filled, which happens quickly. Presentation materials will be made available before the call here.
