New functionality in version 3.6 includes inclusion of edits for Medicare National Coverage Determinations and Local Coverage Determinations, a "My Task" inbox to create personal task lists and save frequent searches, automatic generation of secondary claims presented in a work queue, direct data entry of claims in addition to batch uploading, and online corrections of both clearinghouse and payer rejections rather than having to download, fix, then upload corrections.
Improved electronic remittance advice functions include batch tracking and processed remittance tracking. The clearinghouse touts direct connections with 72,000 providers and indirect links via other vendor partners to 158,000 other providers.
