The seminar features panel members representing CitiBank, HIMSS Medical Banking Project, NACHA--The Electronic Payments Association, Mellon Bank and the law firm Pepper Hamilton LLP. The panel will give an overview of pertinent provisions of the HIPAA and HITECH Acts, clarify requirements for business associates and covered entities, and give tips on defining an organization’s risk tolerance.
