The Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange, an advocacy organization, is conducting its latest surveys to gauge the progress of industry stakeholders in meeting compliance dates for the HIPAA 5010 transaction and ICD-10 code sets.
The Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange, an advocacy organization, is conducting its latest surveys to gauge the progress of industry stakeholders in meeting compliance dates for the HIPAA 5010 transaction and ICD-10 code sets.
Providers, health plans and vendors are encouraged to participate in the surveys, available online at wedi.org/public/articles/. Participants are asked to download a PDF of a survey to gather and verify answers before taking the online survey.
The HIPAA 5010 survey will close on Jan. 21 and the ICD-10 survey will close on Jan. 25.
