The Birmingham, Ala.-based company has bought the MediaDent electronic dental record product line and hired the supporting employees from Braselton, Ga.-based MMD Systems Inc. Acquisition terms were not disclosed.
MediaDent is a new division of SuccessEHS, which will sell it as a standalone product with plans to integrate it with the practice management and EHR applications. More information is available at successehs.com.
