St. Luke's, a delivery system with a hospital in Duluth, Minn., and 34 primary and specialty clinics serving the region, will implement electronic health records software for its 200 employed physicians and two affiliated clinics.

The physicians will use the EHR of eClinicalWorks Inc., along with the Westborough, Mass.-based vendor's integrated practice management system. Other modules being implemented include a health information exchange, patient portal, business optimization, mobile access and clinical messaging applications.

The ambulatory EHR, available via the Internet, will interface with the hospital's Meditech system. Physicians will use the eClinicalMobile application to access patient information via smart phones.

More information is available at slhduluth.com and eclinicalworks.com.
