A new report from vendor research firm KLAS Enterprises examines client satisfaction with consultancies providing services to Meditech users.

Orem, Utah-based KLAS gathered information from 67 Meditech hospitals using consulting services. An earlier report found that Meditech hospitals were seeking consulting services for meaningful use help more often than clients of other information system vendors, which spurred the Meditech-specific report.

What KLAS found was Meditech clients hire the JJWild unit of Dell Services and Navin, Haffty & Associates twice as often as consultancies that handle multiple vendor brands. The highest performance score, however, went to maxIT Healthcare with Navin third and Dell fourth in the top five.

The report, "A Provider's Guide to Meditech Consulting Firms," is available for purchase at klasresearch.com/reports.
