The firm surveyed 98 organizations looking for commercial RAC software, with 92 percent of them already having chosen the final vendor. More than half of the 98 providers considered only one vendor.
The most considered vendors were HealthPort (23 percent), MediRegs (16 percent and 3M Health (14 percent).
The report, "RAC Management Vendors: Early Leaders Among Rising Awareness," is available at $980 for providers and $9,850 for others at klasresearch.com/reports.
