Orlando Health will implement Web-based diagnosis decision support software in six hospitals serving the north-central region of Florida.
The delivery system will use the software of Isabel Healthcare, Falls Church, Va., accessible through the core electronic health records system from Eclipsys Corp., Atlanta. The Isabel system will be made available to more than 2,000 physicians with hospital privileges.
Hospitals getting the software include flagship Orlando Regional Medical Center along with Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, Dr. P. Phillips Hospital, South Seminole Hospital and South Lake Hospital.
