The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has developed new meaningful use attestation worksheets to help providers log additional data for core and menu measures that are not obtained from electronic health records systems.


The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has developed new meaningful use attestation worksheets to help providers log additional data for core and menu measures that are not obtained from electronic health records systems.

The worksheets are available on the EHR Incentive Programs Web site to help keep better track of information obtained from paper records and other means. Some measures, including clinical quality, must be reported directly from certified EHR systems or modules.

CMS also has updated some of the Frequently Asked Questions on the site.
