Dossia, a Cambridge, Mass.-based personal health records vendor targeting large employers, has named Michael Critelli as president and CEO, succeeding Colin Evans.
Critelli, former CEO at Pitney Bowes, has served as Dossia's board chairman since 2007. He is charged with accelerating and refining the Dossia's growth strategy. Five companies founded the vendor in 2006 and 10 companies now support it.
Craig Barrett, retired CEO and chair of Intel, succeeds Critelli as Dossia chair. Besides Intel and Pitney Bowes, other corporate participants in the venture include AT&T, Applied Materials, BP America, Cardinal Health, Celgene, sanofi-aventis, Vanguard Health Systems and Wal-Mart.
