More than 1,500 physicians in 50 communities have enrolled in the Indiana Health Information Exchange's Quality Health First Program, a reporting service that analyzes data flowing through the HIE and provided by insurers to identify gaps in care and provide a patient summary to physicians, before, during or after office visits.

The program assembles the information into an on-demand summary of lab results, immunizations, diagnoses, medications, and cardiology and radiology reports for more than 1 million patients.

Payers supplying claims information for the program include Anthem, United Healthcare, Unified Group Services, Medicare and Medicaid.
