A new report on single-sign-on software from vendor research firm KLAS Enterprises finds Imprivata with the highest customer satisfaction scores, closely followed by Microsoft's Sentillion unit and HealthCast.

Overall, however, Orem, Utah-based KLAS found a slight decline in satisfaction ratings over the past two years. The vendor sector has seen multiple acquisitions since 2008, KLAS notes, with Microsoft buying Sentillion, IBM picking up Encentuate, Oracle acquiring Passlogix and Attachmate buying Novell.

The report is available for purchase, with a significant discount for providers, at klasresearch.com/reports.
