HFMA Bestows Endorsements

The Healthcare Financial Management Association has given its "Peer Reviewed by HFMA" designation to two revenue cycle management software applications from Emdeon Inc., Nashville, Tenn.

To earn peer review status, products must score highly on a number of factors, including enhanced productivity, ease of use and reliability, according to Westchester, Ill.-based HFMA.

The association has endorsed the Emdeon Assistant automated patient eligibility and benefits verification application, and Web-based Emdeon Claim Master billing management software. More information is available at emdeon.com and hfma.org.
