CGI Group Inc., a large information technology contractor serving government and private entities, has introduced a service to manage states' Medicaid incentive programs for meaningful use of electronic health records.

The Fairfax, Va.-based firm calls the service Medicaid Incentive360 and touts its ability to have state programs operational in time to accept registrations by January 2011. The service manages all aspects of the incentive program including registration, payment processing, auditing and reporting, among others.
