Robert Anthony, Health Insurance Specialist in the Office of E-Health Standards and Services at CMS, and Jessica Kahn, the agency's Technical Director for Health IT in the Center for Medicaid, CHIP, Survey and Certification, discuss the attestation process for applying for Stage 1 meaningful use EHR payments, as well as reporting core and optional MU measures, how incentives will be paid, and other questions provider organizations still have about the process.
