General Dynamics’ ASP Gets Certified

General Dynamics Information Technology's health care application service provider hosting service has been certified as supporting the Common Security Framework of the Health Information Trust Alliance, an industry consortium known as HITRUST.

The framework comprises health information technology security best practices, standards and regulations. It includes a best-practices security implementation manual, a cross-referenced standards and regulations matrix, and a readiness assessment toolkit.

General Dynamics is the first ASP provider to be Common Security Framework-certified. More information is available at gdit.com and hitrustalliance.net.
