Stamford, Conn.-based FUJIFILM Medical Systems USA will introduce a new teleradiology information system at the Radiological Society of North America’s 95th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting in Chicago.

The new teleradiology system includes a credentialing tool that matches the study with the appropriate radiologist based on state and speciality. The system also provides a work list with visual reminders of site-level agreements to assure that all studies are read in a timely manner.

In addition, the company will display its Synapse 3D system, which it says provides advanced visualization for its picture archiving and communications system. The system has not yet received FDA approval for sale in the United States.

The products will be displayed at booth 6238 in the South hall at Chicago’s McCormick Place. RSNA’s exhibit hall will be open Nov. 29 through Dec. 3.
