Consumer Health Technologies Inc., which sells platform software to administer consumer-directed health plans, has acquired MyHealthFunds Inc., which provides related outsourced services. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Consumer Health Technologies services 130 clients who administer benefits for more than 3 million consumers. Denver-based MyHealthFunds offers outsourced services for outreach, education, enrollment business development and fiscal administration.

The acquisition enables Consumer Health Technologies to offer a full range of technology and business services to insurers, third-party administrators, brokers, consultants, financial institutions, employers and employees, according to the company.
