CMS Provider Call to Discuss ICD-10 Implementation Issues

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will conduct a 90-minute National Provider Call on Oct. 25 at 1:30 p.m. ET to discuss issues related to ICD-10 implementation.

The call is free, but registration is required here before noon ET on the 25th or when available space is filled. Presentations from Ginger Boyle, M.D., a practicing family physician at Spartanburg (S.C.) Regional Healthcare System, and CMS experts will cover an overview of implementation requirements, practical tips for the transition, plans for Medicare local and national coverage determination ICD-10 conversions, and other Medicare implementation issues and plans.

The presentation for the call should be posted here on Oct. 24, and emailed to all registrants on the day of the call.
