Providers wanting to enter into a first-time standard contract with CIGNA can use a secure Web site e to complete and sign documents, cutting enrollment time in half and saving money according to the Bloomfield, Conn.-based payer.
Cigna adds more than 20,000 new physicians and small practices a year and the process generates more than a million pieces of paper. For more information, call 1800-882-4462 to receive an email with a URL to complete, electronically sign, and submit the enrollment.
