South Bend, Ind.-based Press Ganey offers consulting and database services to help provider organizations measure and improve their quality of care, patient satisfaction and financial performance.
The Quality Indicator Project, started in 1984, is a clinical performance measurement and reporting service. Hospitals in Maryland and elsewhere use the service to meet reporting requirements of the Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and other regulatory organizations.
