Minneapolis-based Allina Hospitals & Clinics will implement in its 11 hospitals on-demand video language interpretation services from Language Access Network, Columbus, Ohio.

In particular, Allina needed a solution that meets the needs of the deaf and hard-of-hearing, says Tom Falkowski, director of patient access strategies. The system also will support patients with limited English proficiency.
