The AARP Drug Savings Tool, at drugsavings.aarp.org, enables consumers to select the drug they want and compare it with similar medications in Consumer Reports Health's drug database. The tool provides "best buy" recommendations from the database of 500 drugs in 26 classes.
The site also offers a tip sheet to aid consumers in talking to health professionals about medication issues.
