Randy Starr joined Topgolf in 2005 when the company first entered the United States from the U.K. Randy is responsible for spearheading Topgolf�s growth strategy, site selection and facility development. Under his leadership, Topgolf has opened 10 U.S. locations with long-term plans for expansion in multiple cities and states. �Prior to working at Topgolf, Randy worked at CB Richard Ellis� New York headquarters as part of the top commercial real estate sales team in the United States. There, he was responsible for more than $2 billion in commercial real estate asset sales. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Randy worked at Citigroup�s investment banking New York headquarters. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and international relations from Duke University and a master�s certificate in real estate from New York University.When not daydreaming of maps, geocoded street addresses and market demographics, Randy spends most of his remaining time trying to keep up with his pair of toddler twins. In his former life, Randy enjoyed traveling, running and tennis. He is, predictably, an avid Duke basketball fan.
