Kay Wrucke is currently the Martin County Recorder in Fairmont, Minnesota. She is the president of the Property Records Industry Association and serves on the Minnesota Electronic Real Estate Recording Commission. She has actively worked with Minnesota counties, real estate business partners, and state agencies on legislative issues pertaining to county services, fees and service development. Wrucke has helped created collaborative working relationships with state agencies and state groups to promote eRecording and in the development of data integration. Wrucke is a past president of the MN County Recorder�s Association, the MN Association of County Officers, and the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks. Wrucke has a BS degree from Minnesota State University in Social Science and History.
