Julia Gordon is Relationship Manager at Schwab Charitable, a leading national provider of philanthropic services. Schwab Charitable is the largest charity in California and the 10th largest charity in the country, with over $4 billion in contributions and over $2 billion granted to charity. \r\n\r\nMs. Gordon oversees business development in Southern California, Washington D.C. as well as the Southern and Midwestern regions of the country. For the past six years, she has provided charitable giving counsel and planning resources for individuals, families, and wealth managers nationwide, giving her knowledge of estate planning practices and tax-smart philanthropy. Having held roles at Schwab Charitable and in private foundation administration, she has a unique understanding of charitable planning as it pertains to integrated wealth strategy.\r\n\r\nMs. Gordon brings over ten years of experience in the financial services industry to Schwab Charitable. Prior to her career in the charitable planning sector, she managed securities lending and market-maker relationships on two exchanges as a representative of ABN AMRO in California and New York. \r\n\r\nMs. Gordon regularly lends her donor relations and technological expertise to Northern California non-profits such as The Maybach Foundation, Big Brothers and Sisters of America, and Beyond Hunger. She lives in the Bay Area where she is finishing her MBA, with expected completion in 2011. \r\n
