In her role as Retail Delivery Channel Manager for Hancock Bank, Bastarache will have responsibility for the strategy, effectiveness, and customer experience for all retail alternative delivery channels � including online banking, mobile banking, interactive voice response customer interface (VRU), branch technology and ATM/Debit Card operations. She will also serve as a process consultant to the retail organization leading the Bankers Solutions team and partnering with Retail Services and Information Technology to ensure the branch customer experience is enhanced through streamlined processes and enabling technologies. Bastarache joined the Hancock team in 2007 as the Strategic Services Director. She has had a wide scope of banking experience during her career, ranging from call center management, process improvement, and business systems analysis to leading the company�s Project Management Office and quality initiatives. In 2009 she led the effort that, with the assistance from other Hancock associates, won the bank the Alabama Quality award, a prestigious accolade patterned after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality award. Bastarache is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and earned her M.B.A. from The University of Alabama. She is currently attending the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.
