Brenda Eivens has served as City Manager of the City of Cedar Park since 2006. She joined the City over 16 years ago, at the start of unprecedented growth in the City. She has served as an Assistant City Manager, preceded by her role as the Human Resources Director. As Chief Executive Officer, Brenda has led the development of programs and implementation of projects that have improved the quality of life for the Cedar Park community. Fiscally responsible for an annual operating budget of more than $70 million and a team of 390 City employees, she manages the day-to-day operations of the City Government through the administration of the Citys Strategic Plan and Capital Improvements Programs.Brenda has an undergraduate degree from Sam Houston State University and holds a Master of Public Administration from Texas State University.
