Barbara Ross is a Director in Card IT and a member of the Partnerships Leadership Team.� Ross is responsible for IT strategy and investment execution for Loss Mitigation Partnerships, and Retail Partnerships.� Ross also leads the Technology Development Program for the Chicagoland Area, Ross has transformed our Chicagoland program to give back to the greater Technology environments, internally and externally.� Ross is also the sponsor for the Vanderbilt Program for Capital One.��� Ross began her career in a variety of technology roles including software engineering, database administration, and a variety of technology leadership roles within multiple industries including Manufacturing Engineering, Oil and Gas, HealthCare, and Aerospace Engineering.� Prior to joining Capital One, Ross was the CIO for a Financial Servicing company providing Bankruptcy and Estate Solutions to major Financial Institutions.� She led the efforts to expand the company to encompass a global footprint, establishing a location in India for servicing and software engineering.� Since joining Capital One in late 2013, Ross has held a variety of Technology leadership roles in Richmond, Virginia and the Chicagoland Greater Area.� Ross has developed her knowledge of the Card business and has distinguished herself as an innovative technical leader combining her previous experiences and expertise with the adaptive thinking and culture within Capital One. �
