Vendor research firm KLAS Enterprises has released its 2013 Best in KLAS Awards based on customer satisfaction with health information technology vendors and consultants. The awards are based on thousands of interviews with hospitals and physician practices during the past year.
The complete Best in KLAS report includes analysis of satisfaction scores in more than 100 market segments. The report, available for purchase here, also names category leaders for dozens of niche products and eight professional services. Athenahealth received the highest overall vendor score with 85.8 points out of 100, beating Epic Systems (84.4) which has won the top spot since an overall score was first included in 2008.
