Minneapolis-based SearchAmerica's product is Data Breach Advance Response. The service includes plan development, call center and consumer notification services, and preferred pricing for identity theft protection services from Experian, the owner of Search America. Portland, Ore.-based ID Experts has launched RADAR with assessment, documentation and reporting tools to conduct consistent processes for assessing the severity of a breach. Alegent Health serving Nebraska and Iowa was a beta site. More information is available at idexpertscorp.com.
