Storrer Takes the Reins at MEDecision

MEDecision Inc. has named Scott Storrer as president and COO of the Wayne, Pa.-based payer software vendor. He succeeds John Capobianco, who resigned in August 2007. David St. Clair remains CEO of the company.

Storrer has 15 years experience in the health care industry. He most recently served as group president of the pharmaceutical segment at Cardinal Health Inc. He also served as an executive vice president at CIGNA Corp. and held executive roles at Liberty Mutual Group and GE's financial management program.

MEDecision also has named C. James Adamek as senior vice president of sales. He has prior experience at Octagon Research Solutions, FullTilt Solutions, Cap Gemini and Deloitte Consulting.
