Ham Takes the Helm at MedVentive

MedVentive Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.-based vendor of business and clinical trend analysis and reporting software for providers and payers, has named Nancy Ham as president. She succeeds Jonathan Niloff, who remains CEO.

Ham is an industry veteran, having previously served as president of Sentillion Inc., a vendor of identity management and data access software; and as president and CEO of ProxyMed Inc., a claims clearinghouse.

She also served in senior positions at Healtheon/WebMD and ActaMed, a clearinghouse. Privately held MedVentive also has announced $3.55 million in new funding from existing investors. More information is available at medventive.com.
