New Leader for Medical Records Firm

MRO Corp., a vendor of release of information software, document imaging and outsourced services, has named Stephen Hynes as interim CEO. He succeeds Jerry Baker, who has left the company.

Hynes is a co-founder of the King of Prussia, Pa.-based firm, formerly known as Medical Records Online. He most recently served as executive vice president of client relations.

Clients of the company include Henry Ford Health System in Detroit and Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network in Allentown, Pa. More information is available at mrocorp.com.
