Thoma Bravo Expands HIT Portfolio with Analytics Buy

Private equity investment firm Thoma Bravo has acquired data analytics vendor Infogix Inc., adding to an already robust health information technology portfolio.


Private equity investment firm Thoma Bravo has acquired data analytics vendor Infogix Inc., adding to an already robust health information technology portfolio.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Infogix specializes in transaction control monitoring and predictive analytics for enterprise organizations across multiple industries, including healthcare.

Infogix also offers a series of formal processes to optimize analytics work. The processes cover data integrity, data governance, operational efficiency, revenue optimization and fraud prevention, as well as offering strategic, training, implementation and management services.

Thoma Bravo’s other current HIT holdings include Global Healthcare Exchange, MedeAnalytics, Mediware Information Systems, SRS Software, and Hyland Software, which also serves other industries.
