More than 1,000 telemedicine products and services from 100 vendors will be exhibited during the American Telemedicine Associations Thirteenth Annual Meeting & Exhibition, April 6-8 in Seattle.
Sessions during the show will highlight how telemedicine supports homeland security, emergency preparedness and disaster response, chronic care, mental health treatment, and access for underserved populations.
Keynote speakers include Louis Burns, vice president and general manager of the Digital Health Group at Intel Corp.; S. Ward Casscells, M.D., assistant secretary of defense for health affairs; and Lee Woodruff, spouse of ABC News correspondent Bob Woodruff who was seriously injured in Iraq. She wrote In an Instant: A Familys Journey of Love and Healing.
