Dayton, Ohio-based Standard Register serves the health, automotive, financial, government, industrial and retail industries with range of services. Its health care unit offers document imaging and management, workflow automation, patient identification and documentation, print-on-demand forms management, security-embedded prescription pads, and patient and marketing communications services.

Atlanta-based Dialog Medical sells the iMedConsent informed consent and patient education software. The application includes consent forms for more than 2,200 procedures and automates the consent process, including digital capture of signatures. The company has about $5 million in annual revenue.
