Hospitals Get Release of Info Help

Three hospitals in Tulsa, Okla., have implemented software and outsourced services from ChartOne Inc. to manage release of information requests.

The hospitals, part of Ardent Health Services, are 511-bed Hillcrest Medical Center, 345-bed Oklahoma State University Medical Center and 100-bed Hillcrest Specialty Hospital.

Services from the Burlington, Mass.-based vendor include release desk management, mail processing, request logging, management reporting and disclosure reporting. More information is available at chartone.com.
