Acquisition Brings another Vendor under MRO’s Umbrella

MRO Corp., a vendor of release of information management software, has made at least its third acquisition of complementary technology to increase regional market share.

King of Prussia, Pa.-based MRO has bought Florida Medical Record Services near Tampa to expand its Florida footprint. MRO previously acquired Keystone Management Solutions in 2011 and Record Enterprises Inc. in 2009, boosting its presence in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Tennessee, Louisiana and Massachusetts.

MRO also sells RAC audit tracking and accounting for disclosures software.
