Analyzing Report Turn-Around Times

Integrated Document Solutions has released software designed to help radiology practices analyze their report turn-around times.

The Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based vendor's Referral Marketing Manager application integrates with its dictation and transcription software to generate performance analysis reports and graphs. It can configure the reports by referring physician, location, times or other parameters.

The software includes a customer relationship management module to help practice administrators manage their interactions with current and prospective referring physicians. It also features a call scheduling module to enable them to manage their daily call volumes and follow-up efforts.
