Payer Firm DST Health Acquires IntelliSource

Health payer administrative and claims processing software vendor DST Health Solutions has broadened its portfolio by acquiring IntelliSource Healthcare Solutions, which sells complementary applications.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. King of Prussia, Pa.-based IntelliSource sells a suite of integrated care management, workflow and analytics software. Mark McAdoo, CEO at IntelliSource, will lead DST's new care management division. IntelliSource co-founder Frank Cerminaro will continue to lead product development.
