Storrer to Lead MEDecision

Payer software vendor MEDecision Inc. has promoted Scott Storrer from president and COO to president and CEO.

He succeeds founder David St. Clair, who will retire from the Wayne, Pa.-based company at the end of the year but remain on the board. Storrer joined the company in late 2008 under a plan to eventually succeed St. Clair. He has 16 years experience in the health care industry including senior positions at Cardinal Health Inc. and CIGNA Corp.
