Terms of the acquisition, expected to close during the third quarter, were not disclosed. Connextions will retain its management team and offices in Orlando, Fla.; Charlotte and Concord, N.C.; Louisville, Colo.; and Jeffersonville, Ind.
Connextions uses data analytics/business intelligence technologies to help companies better understand consumer buying behaviors and optimize the consumer experience.
