The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology has posted new entries on its Frequently Asked Questions page covering electronic health records certification and meaningful use criteria.
The new questions concern issues related to e-prescribing (yes, criteria applies to data exchange between different legal entities); and the exchange of key clinical information (that means a CCD or CCR and not simply a hospital lab result).
