Thomson Reuters has published a new report, “Vocabulary of Healthcare Reform” to help figure it all out.

The report also includes statistical breakdowns of population insurance status in each state, hospital performance status against core quality measures nationwide, protections for the percentage of employers that will be subject to an excise tax through 2018, estimated annual costs of various forms of fraud, waste and abuse, and the growth of electronic health records use among office-based physicians from 2001 through 2010.
