HFMA Endorses Cardinal App

Dublin Ohio-based Cardinal Health’s CardinalASSIST application, which automates medication supply ordering, has earned the “Peer Reviewed” designation of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Westchester, Ill.

CardinalASSIST automates the processes required to replenish drugs for use in Cardinal’s Pyxis MedStation dispensing devices. The application automatically orders medications for the MedStation when quantities are running low.

HFMA, an association of financial executives, uses its peer review process to validate the accuracy, effectiveness, quality and value of products and services.
