The analytics software offers the metrics, alerts and guidance to better align labor hours against the budget, using real-time configurable dashboards and drill-down reports. “By offering visibility into specific pay or time periods and identifying trends, the application enables managers to take corrective actions easily through a single view from any unit, floor or building,” according to the company.
The tablet application can be combined with the existing Kronos for Healthcare suite of labor management products. The vendor soon will announce the next suite of tablet software, targeting public sector agencies.
