Ted Kremer will not assume the post of CEO at Cal eConnect, California’s state-designated entity for distributing federal funds for health information exchange initiatives.

Cal eConnect recently announced that Kremer would assume the post on April 10. Now, he has withdrawn and will continue leading the Rochester Regional Health Information Organization in New York.

Laura Landry will be the CEO at Cal eConnect. She had been serving as interim CEO at the organization.
